After Hurricane Sandy-New Home Built

Super storm Sandy left us completely devastated and lost. We really didn’t know where to start. From the very beginning Pat Gordon and his wife were their helping us make educated decisions. After deciding to completely knock down and rebuild our home. Pat and his wife helped us every step of the way. From getting permits, recommending an architect, helping us gather information for insurance companies, we were never alone. Once construction started it moved very quickly. Work was done every day on our house; sometimes two or three crews were here at once. They were all very friendly and didn�t mind dealing with homeowners who wanted to stay involved. We were very happy with every crew hired and it was obvious Pat only hires people that he would allow to work on his own home. Walking around the West End it is easy to see that many contractors took on too many projects. With Pat Gordon Contracting we always felt that our project was important. Whenever we had a question or concern it was addressed quickly. It is truly remarkable how efficiently this company works. You will not be waiting for Pat to get back to you; rather you need to make decisions so that you can keep up with him. After the foundation was complete and construction went into full swing we moved into our new house within four months.
Not only did the work move quickly and efficiently, the quality of the work was held to a high standard. The final product is truly the home of our dreams. The materials and workmanship were held to the highest standard.
We would definitely recommend Pat Gordon Contracting to anyone thinking about doing construction on his or her home. Between Pat, his wife, and their high quality and respectful crew, you would be making a great choice! We will be using them in the future if further construction projects are needed. However, because of the high quality of work that day will be a long time from now.
