New Waterfront Home

Dear Pat, Elisa and the Crew,
What can we say our dream of building a brand new home began with a piece of land filled with dirt and became a reality with the fine assistance of Pat Gordon Contracting. Within seven months time we went from just having a foundation to living in our new beautiful home. Pat and Elisa are an amazing team who always kept things on track and responded to all of our needs expeditiously knowing that this can be a stressful process. All the trades were organized and coordinated so well. Pat and Elisa kept the job running continuously, pretty much without a glitch, which is amazing for a job of this caliber. My kitchen designer was shocked when I called him to confirm the delivery of kitchen cabinets. He was thinking there was no way that the site would be ready for delivery. To his surprise Pat and company had the kitchen prepped and ready for cabinet installation, painting and all, in record time.
The crew, led by Joe and Marty the craftsman, was wonderful to work with too helping us forge through many situations that arose throughout the home building process. The teams of workers were like a little family to us and we missed them once the building process was over. In addition to things being done in a timely manner by this company, everything was done with excellent craftsmanship. Our first  unofficial weekend in the house was a true test of the craftsmanship and how well the house was built Hurricane Irene We did not have one bit of damage! We appreciate all the hard work, coordination, and effort that was put into building our house.
So to anyone needing a great contractor, Pat Gordon Contracting is the company for you. We thank you once again, Pat and Elisa, for a job well done. You are a great team, you have terrific people working within your company, and many talented tradesmen who compliment your work ethic. We can’t thank you enough for making the huge endeavor of building a brand new home from scratch and amazing reality. We love our new home!
