Brian and I had to drop a note to you to tell you how grateful we are for well so many things! First, your professionalism through out this project was certainly consistent. There wasn’t a time that I called you that you didn’t get back to me right away and you thoroughly discussed all of our concerns.<\/p>\n
Pat, you have the unique ability to put your clients minds at ease with your quick wit and sense of humor while directing your team of men to do their best work. You were able to foresee problems and come up with various solutions to fit any budget. If I asked for a change, you did it with a smile. You were also able to make suggestions that I came to depend on because of your experience and great eye! Your prediction on the time frame of completion was right on target. You said 8 to 10 weeks we were done in 8 weeks! And perfectly I might add!<\/p>\n
In addition, you and your team were always respectful of the fact that we were living in the house while undergoing construction. Their work was neat and they were very kind to all of my children no matter how many questions they asked them!<\/p>\n
Finally, I have and will continue to recommend you over and over and over again.<\/p>\n
