The first when we purchased our house and the second when we decided to add a second floor and open up our first floor. Both renovations required several trades to be managed and in each a timeline that we were eager to keep and with the excellent project management by Pat and Elisa both were completed on schedule. With each surprise that a house built in the 1920&#8217;s presented Pat was quick to offer a solution that would move the project forward and keep us within our budget.
