\nI wanted to thank you for making my dream house come true.
\nSince I am a union carpenter, familiar with home renovations, choosing a contractor was very important to me. Especially since this was not a typical renovation. My renovation required lifting the house 14 feet in the air and building the new structure underneath. Please take a look at the pictures on the web site. I interviewed 5 different contractors; Pat was the only contractor who showed up for the initial meeting with his sub-contractors, on time with blue prints in hand and questions ready regarding the project. My theory is if you cannot show up on time to get the business, you will not be on time during the project. Pat proved this theory true; he was on time and within budget.
\nDuring the renovations when problems arose Pat handled them in professional manner, always with a solution at hand. This instilled a high level of confidence in Pat with me. Pat made sure the project was done right, making suggestions along the way to improve my home. When I would take the train out to check on the project he would be there to meet me and give me a ride from the train station, a true gentleman. Since the project has been completed I have been given a ton of complements on the house, it is truly a gem on the West End.
\nI would not hesitate to recommend Pat to anyone, if he was able to handle my difficult project with my demands to detail he can handle any project.<\/p>\n
