To get an accurate job cost, Pat brought his major subcontractors on site to estimate their portion of the work. This was most impressive in comparison to other companies.<\/p>\n
Pat had to change his estimate 15 different times to suit the requirements of the lender, which enabled me to get the loan for the project.<\/p>\n
Throughout the project I must have had at least 75 change orders, some major and some minor. For each one Pat would write it up and get it done. His attitude was if you want it done, we’ll get it done no pushback whatsoever.<\/p>\n
Can’t say enough about the attitude of the subcontractors and the quality of their work. Superb on both counts especially Audio Visual and Electrical with all the changes they had to deal with.<\/p>\n
When I went to Pat for help on NY Rising forms he was able to point me in the right direction and recommended and Architect who he knew was well versed in NY Rising maze.<\/p>\n
With all the change order in this Project it would have been almost impossible for me to understand the billing if it weren’t for Elisa’s very accurate records and organized billing system.<\/p>\n
